| This is a perfect companion to the Zune, the main thing I wanted to know when trying to decide to buy or not to buy was if the picture on the TV would be worth the effort and I have to say it is. Some of the video's are a little pixilated but most are perfect. I Love it! |

I have owned this product for almost a year now. There is no single accessory which is as useful as the A/V pack. It makes owning and synching the Zune as easy as is possible. Just drop it in and it does EVERYTHING for you (syncs automatically and charges).
The sleek and sexy design is perfect for any AV system or next to the computer.
We take it with us on cruises and watch pre-recorded tv shows on the tv in the room. It's like a portable DVR with remote control.
We transfer recorded shows from the TiVo and are able to fast-forward from the bed using the remote. |

| With the use of this dock and my Bose computer speakers I have mad a truly portable entertainment center. My one complaint is that the installed battery wore out in about two weeks. |

| This Zune pack is a good deal for the price. It is meant for the generation 1 Zunes, but it also woks with the 2nd generation zunes. I've had no problems with it and it works well. |

I got the zune and really looked forward for having this pack as well. I got it for 29.99 which i thought was a good price for it as it will allow me to charge and also play songs using my remote. I really dont care about the A/V cable.
The pack arrived and i just set this up in a minute. The remote worked and life felt good. But then suddenly, the next day the remote stopped working. I tried the next day and so on for a week. But it did not. I then just kept it aside. I thought of returning the entire thing, but the shipping costs and also the fact that I will loose the wall charger stopped me. Eventually time also ran out.
One day I just tried the remote again. And to my surprise it worked. It has been working since then and I am happy now. But I will not give it more than 3 stars because of the trouble it gave me initially.
you should have visibility between the remote and the zune for it to work. It will not work if you keep the zune behind the tv or some object. |

| I bought my 30gb zune off ebay and i hated the fact that you had to plug it into the computer to charge it. The A/C adapeters cost almost 30 dollars on their own. So this pack really saves money cause for 5 extra dollars you can watch the videos on your TV and have a remote. But the remote is kind of cheap and my battery in it already died but it's great not having to plug it into the computer anymore. But this pack only works with the first generations. |

This dock is not compatible with the newer 80 GB Zune models. The docking interface is backwards and the Zune does not attach properly to the unit.
Unit itself is nicely built, solid feel, so it gets 2 stars for that. |

| I received the Zune home A/V pack shortly after I ordered it. Unfortunately, it did not work with my 2nd Gen Zune. Oh well. I sold it and purchased the 2nd gen dock. |
