I've owned this watch for a little over 3 years and have not had any problems with it. I was not so much into watches before buying this one usually because the weight annoyed me and I felt like something constantly was dragging my hand down. This watch is so light you will not notice it on your arm. While there are scratches on the titanium with use (as with any watch), they are not noticeable mainly because of the dark color the wrist band has. It is accurate to the second and I have not had to adjust the time on it for being too fast or slow. Overall I gave the watch 5 stars because it is so elegant and it was exactly what I was looking for: A lightweight, elegant watch that would not have ANY problems after years of every day use wherever I go.
I have worn this watch everyday for almost 3 years. It keeps time (until time changes) to the second. The greatest feature of this watch is not mentioned in the specs. It weighs 2 ounces. Want feel the weight before you buy? Hold 10 nickels and 2 pennies in your hand, that's how much the watch weighs. Sometimes I have to feel to see if it's even on my arm. Everyone that holds it is amazed at how light it is. The weight is not an indication of low quality. This watch is a tank

I have been wearing this watch daily for over 5 years now. It has worked flawlessly. I have fairly small hands and wrists and need a watch that looks appropriate on me. This watch fits the bill perfectly. It is lightweight and thin. Slides nicely under my sleeve when wearing nice dress shirts.
I have worn this on several deployments with the Air Force Reserves and it has withstood much abuse while putting up field hospitals, assembling equipment and reaching into small places while assembling this equipment. I have scratched the original crystal and replaced it. At one time I had the crystal on asphalt while assembling a tent when someone stepped on my wrist and my arm slid about 6 inches. This indeed scratched the original crystal, but my arm didn't get scuffed in the incident. The second crystal was much easier to scratch and have replaced that with a sapphire crystal that is awesome. The watch has a few scuffs on the titanium band, but does not detract from its appearance at all.
I highly recommend this watch. Despite the abuse of the crystal, the watch has withstood fabulously.

When I left home at 18, my mother bought me a Seiko watch. It was amazingly durable - and performed brilliantly for 11 years (including 6 years of military service). Around 1999-2000, I took my family to Walt Disney World and lost this wonderful watch (in the "Boardwalk Hotel" on the park grounds). Heartbroken, I started looking for a worthy replacement....
After a considerable period of research, I settled on this watch. It has just been released, and to my recollection it ran about $350 at the time!! Knowing the quality of Seiko, I forked it out. Here I am, nearly 10 years later, fully knowing that was the best $350 I've ever spent. At $200, this watch is a steal... It will run forever...

I've owned this watch for a year now. This is my second Titanium watch, my other is a Skagen. This watch is ever so slightly heavier - still I forget I have it on. I've showered and slept with this watch on. I has endured freezing cold and high heat and humidity with out issue. I spray it with Windex vinegar multi surface cleaner and it sparkles like new. There are no scratches on the crystal and only slight scratches on the buckle where it has rubbed against metal surfaces at work. Lastly it keeps perfect time. I cannot compliment it enough. It is my everyday watch. It should be your everyday watch too.

I bought this watch for my husband, because he already had one like it and the crystal broke, so he needed a new one. This one is very light and comforatable. He really was happy with the purchase.
