"Great for linoleum or wood flooring" | 2008-01-15 |

| I bought this for the wrong type of flooring. I needed to scrub a ceramic grout type flooring and it got the job done but wore me out. I used it on my laminate flooring and it was great for that and pretty easy. You can use any type of cleaner with it that doesn't have to be rinsed. I used Swifter cleaner and Mr. Clean in it and they both did a good job with it. Not recommended for ceramic flooring. Hope this review helps with your purchasing. |

The scrubber works well getting scuff marks off of my wood floors, although doesn't do much on the grout on my tile floor. Squirter doesn't always work, and only the pads that came with the product seem to work and I am not sure where to find them. I think just a swiffer would do. |

Product was broken on arrival. Seller chadandnani would not take back. Had to call the factory for a replacement. Would never buy from this seller again. I don't think they care as long as they got rid of thier defective product. |

"Very Disappointing" | 2007-06-07 |

| The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I loved the idea of the rotating brush for vinyl floors, and that did work well. The mop is very heavy, but I discovered I didn't have to press down on it, kind of like using a heavier iron. The big problem is the sprayer-it was so hard to use I had to use both hands, and I have pretty strong hands. The idea of carrying an extra spray bottle with you defeats the purpose of the thing. I gave up and threw it away. |

| I bought this mop when it first came out a few months ago. In retrospect I should have waited and read the reviews first. At first it worked fine but after only a few uses the spray bottle stopped spraying. I called Black and Decker customer service, but they were no help at all. They told me that there were problems with the mop and that I should take it to a local shop to have it fixed. Well, I don't have a lot of spare time, so I thought that I'd just use it without the attached sprayer. I used my own spray bottle. However, just after using the mop a few more times the whole thing completely broke apart. The brush broke off and the mop wouldn't fold back into it's normal position. At that point I was so fed up with the mop and Black and Decker customer service that I just tossed it in the trash. The company itself has acknowledged that there are problems with this mop. It's a shoddy piece of junk and should be taken off the market. |

| I am very very disappointed with this product. I was so excited to get it because I thought it would clean my tile that I have such a problem getting clean. NOPE!! I can't even get the mop pads to stay on! They keep ripping off. The sprayer doesn't spray very well and the scrub brush works when it wants too. Save your money!! |

"Very dissapointed with this Power Mop" | 2007-03-09 |

| I was very disspointed in this product. It is much heavier than I thought. The scrubber head moves as described but doesn't remove dirt from crevices with any efficiency. A sponge and elbow grease would do the job faster. The bottle that contains the liquid gets jammed so the liquid is unable to squirt on to the floor. The lever that switches the mop head to scrubber is awkward and retracts at times. There isn't a good thing to say about it. |

| I am very satisfied with this item. I was hesistant to buy it at first since it's a little pricy compared to other mops. Easy to follow instructions on the assembly of this product. But at first, I had a hard time making the mop work. It took me days to figure out which button to push when you want the scrubber or the pad. But after a while, I find the product very useful. I use Chlorox pads on this mop and put drops of PineSol in the water bottle. It's very effective in cleaning the floor. I usually use 2-3 Chlorox pads to clean my floor. At the last pad, I could hardly see any dirt. I also use it when I wax my floor. It is a little heavy which is good because you don't have to add pressure when you want to scrub/mop. Using this product has reduced the time I spent on cleaning. I highly recommended it to my friends. In fact, I let them use it in their apartments. |

| This is probably much like a Swifter, but nice having the scrubber function. My problem is with the floor cleaner ejector. I feel like I'm going to get carpal tunnel syndrome squeezing it so many times with little result. Not much spray comes out. I got a bottle sprayer and used that in addition to the B&D product. It's a little heavy too. If you don't have grout to scrub, I would suggest getting a Swifter product instead. |

"B&D Power Mop" | 2007-02-16 |

| I thought this mop was not too bad to put together. I think that it is easy to use, with the exception that the sprayer is not powered. This is the BEST cleaning mop I have used though. Not sure what they have going on with those pads, but it cleans ten times better than Swiffer and even a regular mop head. My floor hasnt come this clean since I laid it down. The problem is finding replacement pads. NO stores carry them. I called B&D and they advised that they have been on back order from their overseas vendor and that I would need to order on-line or through my local B&D service center. I did place an order for 5 boxes ($[...] per box of 10) and will hopefully get it within a weeks time. They say to take Swiffer pads and wrap them around the mop.....oiy! Who wants to fight with that. I will just wait for my pads, using my Swiffer mop in the mean time. |
