This is a great product. This is my third one of this model. I have one for personal use and one for work. I accidently broke my first one for work. They are very durable but do not stand up to being run over by a dump truck. This model is very comfortable, easy to hear and stays in your ear. I forget that I even have it on. I have had other brands but they fit against the outside of your ear. They were hard to hear and were constantly falling off.
The battery life is pretty amazing. It comes with a pocket charger, but I haven't had to use it yet. In my job, I am on the phone alot during the day and this unit has never given out on me. I plug it in to the wall charger when I get home from work and it lasts all day. I have used it up to 14 hours without a recharge. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

In all a great product, sound is great, no problems with people hearing me on the other end. Only negative is that the ear piece falls off because not permanently attached, it always comes apart in my pocket/purse/etc.

Ive had four bluetooth earpieces and This one fits very comfortable and is the the loudest one Ive used yet. Its good if you have a hearing problem. I drive alot and have alot of road noise. The only problem is your voice is not clear for the other person your talking to. It is distorted and people will ask you several times what you said. The best one Ive used yet is the plantronics 925 even though I'm not 100% satisfied about the way it fits in my ear it is very tolerable and It cancels background noise out very well. I like it alot better than the jawbone. The jawbone is huge and I cant turn the volume up loud enough to hear because it dont go far enough in my ear.

This is the third 640 I have purchased in the last 3 years.I have gotten free ones from my cell phone company but I always go back to Plantronics the only problem I have with it is if you work outdoors in a very hot climate like south Florida if you sweat alot the moisture goes into the microphone and will ruin it. Solution dont use it if your going to sweat alot. Best sound through the earpiece and best sound transmitting to anyone else and I use mine about 3 to 4 hours a day of talking and everyone I talk to never has a problem hearing me or me hearing them in short the best earpiece on the market

Plantronics Discovery 650E Bluetooth Headset I found this device very straight forward as far as voice cammands, mute and volume. I did have some difficulty figuring out just how to attach earbud gels so they fit just right. Also was disappointed that gels come in kits with all three sizes, therefore regardless of what size you need, out of a full package, you will only be able to use two of the six purchased. Overall I found it comfortable, lightweight and had good sound quality.

Ordering the Plantronic Bluetooth earpiece was easy, quick, and arrived in just a couple of days. I could not be happier with the service and ease of ordering. It's a great ear piece for me because I don't like bulky things hanging from my ear. This is light, and functions well.
