"wireless headphones for average runner" | 2010-08-27 |

I was a little skeptical of the headphones because of all the reviews, but i ended up trying them and they are my saving grace.
I needed wireless headphones for two reasons. Walking around in my office and having earbuds getting yanked out of my ears everytime i got up, and going running/skating/biking.
I dont have any problems with the fit, sound quality, or the way it works,
but i am an AVERAGE user. i'm not a marathon runner, and i dont have any crazy sound equipment.
but for ipod + running. Its great! i did a 5 mile race with it. just wanted people to know. and lets me keep listening when i walk to the printer at work! |

"Owned 2 pairs, both broke!" | 2010-03-31 |

Alright, for wireless bluetooth they are perfect. I have owned 2 different pairs over the last two years and consider myself an expert. They are great, and love them very much. The absence of cords and wires is lovely, but for me the buttons used to turn the separate pieces are too fragile (my headphones button stopped working on the first pair). And on the second pair the headphones stopped charging.
For a pair of headphones with a MSRP as high as this, they should last longer than a year. |

"nice but important features lacking" | 2010-03-30 |

I bought this item to replace the HP Bluetooth Stereo Headphone (http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0019FUHEO/ref=ox_ya_oh_product) which had a design flaw causing the headband to crack. The Logitech headphone do not suffer from this flaw, in fact, I found them somewhat more comfortable. The sound is good, the range too and it's easy to get it going.
My complaints would be that the battery life is not great. My work day is shy over 7h long and it won't last this long, only about 4.5 hours, so I can only use it for music in the morning OR in the afternoon but not both.
Also, a MAJOR flaw with this product is that even though it uses bluetooth, it works ONLY IF you use the jack adaptor. In other words, if your phone has bluetooth but no 3.5mm jack, you won't be able to use this product. If the jack adaptor's battery dies, you can't use your headphones. You might suggest to keep the headphone plugged (which defeats the idea of being wireless) but the power cord coming with it (proprietary port, NOT usb) is way too short for that even!
So I repeat since it's important: the headphones will no connect to anything else but the black box with the jack adaptor.
This makes this product far less valuable than what I paid for it. The HP headphone I mentioned in the opening were cheaper and had that feature and many more, but the design flaw causes them to be worthless. If you can find a way to reinforce the headband yourself, by the HP headphone instead.

| I purchased this product because I wanted a wireless headset for my IPod. I like that it is easy to use and the sound quality is great. The best part is that it is very light and "No wires" to get caught up in. It was the best purchase I have made in a long time. |

| The only TV headphone set of its class, if you're not into the gigantic ear-muff style headphones. I can't say I'm disappointed with them, since they're exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks to Amazon, I found a decently-priced used pair (at one-third of retail). Otherwise, The headphones are somewhat tight on my big head, and there's no way to adjust them, except moving them further down the back of my head, which can be a pain in the head if you rest your head on an office seat or recliner. Although I think it's safe to say that those with average-sized craniums need not worry. The sound quality is 'okay.' The ear-pad cushions need some meat -- I had to buy fluffier ones that happened to be the same size. Battery life is okay for all practical purposes; but, it's physically impossible to play while charging them, given the ridiculously short length of the charging cables. Truly multi-purpose headphones don't come cheap or without flaw, I guess. The sound quality is nothing to rave about, since my $7 Panasonic clip-ons have about the same sound quality. For the price, one would think 5.1 3D sound or something. Thankfully, I didn't pay full price. |
