I've been using this for nearly a month now, and I have to say it does the trick for me; but, there are some very important things you need to know about this product:
1.Everyone is different: I am having pretty much no "Treatment Effects" but that does not mean you won't either. I do have some effects if I do not watch my fat grams like I should.
2. If you are looking to lose less than 15 pounds this products is NOT for you! Alli is meant for people who have more than a just a few pounds to lose, I have 50-60 to lose.
3. The diet plan is usefull but exercise is just as important..I lose more weight when I do both than when I do not. There are people who will say Alli doesn't make any difference, if you diet and exercise you will lose it without the pills just the same. That is not true for everyone, I've lost more weight using Alli than I did doing just a healthier diet and exercise.
4. Alli is NOT a miracle drug all it does is help you lose a small amount more weight than without it. Which is why it is a waste of money to folks trying to lose less than 15 pounds.
It has helped me.

| I have just started taken Alli, and I was shocked at how it has effected me so strongly! I was unable to sleep well, I went to the bathroom ever half hour, and if felt like just gallons of water falling out of me. I had stomach aches, muscle aches, head aches, and while driving one day I had to pull off to the side of the road to throw up. All of this happen after taken only one pill! I can't believe people take 3 pills a day! I barley survived one pill. Also the effects of fat removal seems to last a few days. Like I said I only took one pill and 3 days later it was still working, so Alli is very strong! Beware it's not a vitamin pill, it has some strong effects on your body. On the plus side it does seem to work, and you do lose weight, but I wonder if its more water weight then fat weight? In any case, if you choose to take it, don't take 3 a day just take one and see how you feel. |

| I really get tired of people saying this makes you crap all over yourself. WELL DUH read the instructions because it warns you of this. It warns the effects if you dont follow the dietary instructions. They are not in there to take up space. I lost weight just fine and never had an "accident." I honestly dont see how someone can give something a bad review when it is their fault it does not work in the first place. |

alli works. It helps your body excrete some of the fat you eat so your body doesn't absorb it. You can tell it works when you eat something fattening and then do a #2. I lost about 2 pounds in a week just dieting and taking the pills. I didn't even work out.
Now...if you really want the benefits of the pills, you should combine it with a workout and low fat diet. It's not really a diet pill, its a weight loss aid. Combine it with exercise and a healthy diet and you will fit into those jeans in no time.
Caution though...I wouldn't take a pill at work when you know you will be really busy or take one when you are wearing expensive clothes. If you have to pass gas and you took a pill before eating, I suggest you sit on a toilet to do that. I made that mistake the first time I took it and found out the hard way what happens. It's too disgusting to post. Also, if you do follow the directions faithfully by taking a pill before you eat each time, I suggest you take a pack of Charmin "butt wipes" with you every time you leave the house.
