Generally good sound quality with many good features. I'm the recording engineer at Blueberry Buddha Recording Studios, and like to check mixes in the car. The Kenwood's USB cable makes it easy to do so. I put a high-res MP3 (the Kenwood doesn't support WAV or AIFF files, unfortunately) on a jump drive, run out to the car, plug it into the USB cable, and can instantly listen to my mix without burning a CD. Cool.
I'd have to agree with the other two...this thing is NOT user friendly. While you don't have to detach the faceplate to play a CD and it's not difficult to re-attach the faceplate, the rest of the controls are not intuitive, especially finding radio stations or scrolling in general. I figured it out, but it's really not intuitive at all even with the instruction booklet.
The graphics are a colossal waste of time. And incredibly, Kenwood thinks that this is such a cool feature that they have additional graphics downloads for your car stereo from their website!
Still, though, a generally good stereo with a lot of features.
