| It seems to be a good product. I have used it several times. If you want to use it as a key ring accessory for the Titanium part, it might be a good investment. For me, I didn't need the extra for twice the price. When I bought it, it was only slightly more than the regular version in black plastic on Amazon. A few days later, the same size (4 gb) was for sale at Wal-Mart for half the price. |

This is an exceptional buy for me. Considering my history with flash drives, I needed something that could withstand the force of an elephant. The titanium cruzer is the most sturdy flash I've ever purchased and I've purchased a bit of SanDisk drives in the past. If you are like me and are not the best at taking absolute care of your products, it's definitely for you. It seems very capable of withstanding some heavy use and doesn't seem likely to break or be damaged any time soon (which have all happened to me a few times before).
-It's practical and very portable for everday use if you have to consistently move files among computers, or from home, school and work etc. The amount of storage you should get of course would be influenced by your personal needs.
-I love that different applications can be tagged to the drive so you don't have to worry about having cetain programs installed on certain systems if you know you will have your san disk cruzer with you. This option makes it great if you are using public computer labs or another person's computer.
-The sign in password option is also a great security feature, so you can have greater control over who has access to your personal files.
-The file encryption and online backup are also some things that you can take advantage of. One awesome feature is that you can restore files you may have deleted by accident from your online storage location.
-File transfer time is also pretty reasonable. Can't complain there!
-The sliding USB connector also constitutes a great feature, because I have the tendancy in the past of loosing those flash drive covers.
So far, I have had no problems so I think it's an overall excellent product for the purchase price! |

| I've had this flash drive for a while now, and I am quite satisfied. It does exactly what I need it to do, and has a pretty easy-to-use interface along with it. For what it's worth, it also looks pretty cool, haha. |

I bought this drive over a year ago. It worked flawlessly for about 4 months, until I decided to take it for a swim. It was my own dumb fault for not taking it out of my pocket, but nonetheless I did it.
I sent these types of things through the laundry before and they still worked. I didn't think much of it until I plugged into a computer and the light was kind of dim and the bright, then dim, then off. I don't think it had enought time to dry and was still a little wet inside the case. So now I have a dead drive with abour 2GB worth of school stuff on it.
I called SanDisk and told them drive stopped working. They had me do some trouble shooting, then decided it was dead. I went through the warranty process which required proof of purchase (Thank God I still had my e-mail receipt from Amazon!). i also had to describe th packaging it arrived in. I think the reason they though it was a con was because I bought this drive for about $40 when they were still selling in stores for around $80 or more. Once I was to finally assure them it was brand new in the packing they proceeded with the warranty process. I got a new drive in about 5 days and shipped the old one back. my new drive has worked flawlessly since then and has stayed dry.
Since it is a U3 drive, the U3 software does not work with Vista and I always get a prompt to scan the drive or continue. I always continue without scanning. There are no problems with it.
I hihgly recommend this drive. It's fast, reliable, and the support is top notch. |

I've bought a total of 4 of these, because it was cheaper to buy multiples of the 4 GB, than to buy the larger size. It works perfectly as soon as you push it into the USB slot. (I only wish the 10 pound brains would figure out how to put a terabyte on a flash drive and be able to price it so that anyone can afford it.)
Not only can you save your files to the cruzer titanium, but you can also install programs to it, thus leaving even more space free on your hard drive.
If you are the kind of person who never reaches the point where hard drive space is an issue then you don't need this unless you need to be able to transport your files. But if you are like me, and your hard drive fills up faster than you can say 'boo', then these are a treasure. Not only do I have 4 cruzer titaniums, I also have a total of three 500GB external hard drives.
I use the external hard drives for storage for most things, but I use the titanium cruzers to store those very important files I just can't afford to lose. They serve this purpose well for very little cost. |

| This is an excellent price for such a rugged and speedy USB Flash Drive. Some don't like the U3 programs, but I do. I appreciate being able to password protect my drive without having to purchase any external programs. Plus, since I carry my drive constantly in my pocket, the strong body on this is a must for me. And durable? I accidentally left mine in my pants pocket and it got washed. Well, after letting it air dry, the thing still operates with no issues. SanDisk makes solid memory devices. I own a couple of these Titaniums, my prior one being a 2GB. I also have several of their SD and microSD sticks. Solid products, zero complaints from me. |

My first usb drive was a Lexar Jump Drive secure. It was nice, but bulky & slow. I had a friend that had one of these and I liked that it was retractable, heavy duty, fast & designed well. The case is easy on the eyes & very classy looking. There is no plastic look or feel to this like the Kingston usb flash drives that are out there.
I liked this so much I got 2 of them. San Disk backs their product and they are respected in the Technology community. I also own a computer business and recommend this to anyone looking for one. They come in smaller capacities for storage but the 4GB does it for me. |

| It's thin enough but I'd like narrower. It looks good, but not quite as polished as I'd expected. It's reasonably fast. 3.8 GB in reality. I tried the installed software and immediately hated it. It even locked up some XP PCs. Fortunately there is a tool included in the zip file on partition 1 that combines the 2 partitions into one very easily. After I ran it on mine, several friends couldn't wait do the same to their cruzers. Titanium is nearly scratch-proof, so it looks new even after living on my keychain for weeks. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the crap software on it. |
