I got these to exercise with and found the sound to be good. Not as good as my in-ear Shures, but good.
The problem is that the fit is horrible. The sit in your ear at an angle that makes the front of my ear start to hurt within 5 minutes and the pressure inward from the headand is significant making the center of your ear hurt within 15 minutes.
My head is not that large, but the at-rest width of these headphones is like 5 inches. They don't work for me. Thankfully, they were cheap.

I am an audiophile with non-earbud compatible small ears and have tried a TON of different styles of headphones. These are my FAVORITES. I prefer them by FAR over the Nike version (which breaks more easily and doesn't have as high a sound quality). These are great sounding, comfortable, and durable. I am really hard on headphones--sweat like crazy while I run and am always pulling the cables, cramming them into backs, and generally treating them like durable water bottles. These have survived incredibly well, and I recommend them to everyone. I have bought them twice (eventually I managed to tear apart my first pair after a few hundred miles running and trips around the world when I caught the cable in a metro door)and if I ever need to replace them again I will gladly do so! I've paid twice this price for these when I needed them off the shelf in a hurry so AMazon offers a great deal on these!

I've just recently switch to wrap-around type headphones and love these. There are some threads here that indicate the pressure created on the ears for these are too much, but I did not find that at all. The phones created a perfect fit that eliminated most of the wind/road noise. I use these for running and there is no movement at all once they're in place. The single cord on the left is very nice, heavy and has enough length to do what you need...attach at the waist if you like. I personally use an arm band and prefer shorted cord lengths, so I have excess to deal with.
The color is great!
The only downside that I can come up with is already identified in the threads. Sweat buildup around the earbud. The angle of the bud is perfect for channeling music to the ear, but this also allows for sweat to channel into the earbud as well. I run for hours at a time and even in the northern climates you sweat. The PMX70s are not waterproof and therefore while running I remove them, wipe and put them back in place. For the price, with a little care, you could have a great set of headphones last for quite a while.
If you want waterproof, you'll have to more than double your price and get the PMX80.

This is the third headphone I have purchased. Gave one to my wife and daughter.
because of it's design and color, it is easy to find when I lose it at the gym!!

I have had the device for about 3 weeks and 12-14 runs. I works fine. It doesn't get in the way of my run and the sound quality is good.

These are nice because they do not get "soggy" when used during activity. My old ones would still be wet the next day after a run, but ear buds never stay in my ears. These are a nice mix between the two. They are pretty comfortable, but I have to say if you feel ear buds are too big for your ears these will feel similar. These are the best I have found so far to run with: good sound quality, good price, no foam or padding to get wet.
The only negatives I have are small: I wish the ear pieces were a tad smaller to better fit my ears, but they are not so bad that I don't want to use them. And the jack that connects to your ipod (or whatever) is a little bulky.
