Totally the coolest game we have ever bought! Loads of fun for all ages and backgrounds. The only problem is that my CD stopped loading on my slim ps2 and said (cannot read disk). Turns out that ps2 has a sual disk reading problem and I have to pay to fix my ps2. very stupid. I talked to rockband and they sent me a new cd. other than that, i do not know anyone who does not love RockBand!!

The gameplay is great. Good track listing. In my opinion it is way better than Guitar Hero World Tour. Highly recommended for music and music game lovers...

Let me state something first. I've never played Guitar Hero...
I've been told that GH is better (in some aspects) than ROCKBAND.
In ROCKBAND, you are the band. Period. You're not setting up play lists, you're not deciding on pyros for the stage.
You (and up to two friends) are playing guitar, singing or playing drums.
From that aspect, ROCKBAND is a blast. You get a variety of songs, you can select how difficult they are and you just go.
It's a decent game with friends, and enjoyable as a solo as well.
