This HDTV is perfect. Perfect picture and sound. Easy to put together the stand. The graphics are AWESOME. I play the PS3 on and it as well as get perfect use of the Blu-ray. This is a must have. Good job Samsung. My friend has the Sharp 32" HDTV and it sucks!

I just picked this one up two weeks ago at an unnamed big box store for 639 bucks. Previously, I had an old school CRT that was 27 inches. This set was a definite, and instant, improvement. It reminds me of being at the movies and gives football and soccer precisely the sort of mega-pixel treatment those immaculate sports deserve. I have mine now sitting on an ancient stand, but I want to purchase a better one that is worthy of its beauty. I keep mine fixed on "wide screen" because the more viewage the better as far as I'm concerned. If you have the money and want to get the newer high resolution models I cannot blame you; however, in lieu of the meager funds I possess this one was just right.

After reading a tons of reviews from Amazon, and other sites, I decided to buy this TV. When I first got the tv, I a little taken a back, because the black level wasn't like what I'm used to. I had a CRT HDTV before. After making some adjustments, I got the image quality that I wanted. If you are using the dynamic setting, turn the backlight option down in the picture settings. It will kill your tv a lot faster. They use the dynamic option in stores for display, which really shows off the tv and make the colors pop. br /br /If you are watching Blu-ray movies, please turn off DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) to significantly reduce ghosting. Ghosting is apprarent in more darker movies such as Pan Labyrinth.br /br /I currently have the tv hooked up to my FIOS set top box via HDMI, my ps3 via HDMI , my xbox360 via Component, and my laptop via VGA. br /br /There are alot of the advanced options in the menu, so I suggest reading the manual before tweaking them.

After checking numerous online reviews and prices, purchased this TV for best price from Amazon.com for my 89-yr old mother. She LOVES it - arrived in great condition, easy set-up, EXCEPTIONAL picture quality, even w/no cable - just digital indoor antenna. A friend had said he had 2 Samsung's and he thought it had such a great picture - I'll have to agree with him now. Highly recommend.

Right out of the box this product has performed wonderfully. Picture sound are supurb, and menu choices are intuitive. Finally, while a bit pricey, it is well worth the extra cost; I can't imagine a lower priced 32" product producing as this one does. Two thumbs up! njoy!

Everything positive except for the people who delivered and asembled it. After fumbling to put the stand together, I noticed the screen was tilting to one side after they left. Discovered three of the four screws in the back were loose and one was not engaged at all. Was easy to fix but these guys get paid to do it right.

Well I've used Amazon.com on many occasions to check reviews on various products, so I thought that I would add to the reviews on this Samsung TV. I did quite a bit of shopping around before I made the decision to buy the LN32A450 model. Do not have a large living room, so this size (32") was fine for me. I had narrowed the purchase choice down to a Toshiba set or a Samsung. 1080 or 720? Don't think that it makes much difference in this size of a set. For my untrained eye, the less expensive 720 was the right choice. Earlier in the year, I felt that either the Samsung or the Toshiba would be satisfactory. When the new 450 model arrived on the scene, I swung to the Samsung. What's nice about it?? THE PICTURE.. THE PICTURE... THE PICTURE. Looks GREAT!! Was a bit concerned about ordering a flat panel TV from an Internet store and having it shipped to me, but it arrived with no signs of damage. Was packaged very well. Fairly easy to assemble and no problem with the on screen setup. Use an over the air antenna and was pleasantly surprised with all the new channels that were now available. I think some "not so diehard" cable customers might be dropping their cable service. As I've said, the strong point of this TV is it's picture.. love it. Price, maybe higher than most... but I'm thinking it's worth it. And... Samsung has a great reputation; I really don't want to find out how their service repair is... let's just have it work great forever. Room for improvement: The set will automatically find channels during the set up procedure. I would like to manually add channels that don't show up. Channels may be added when the antenna is positioned in one directions, but will not be programed in when the antenna is positioned in another direction. Kinda of dumb. Have a Zenith converter box for the analog TV in the basement. When the tuner is set to a certain channel, you can hit an "information" button and the name and description of the current program will be displayed... also the next upcoming program will be shown. Nice little programing guide. The Samsung LN32A450 does not do this. It does show information on the current program, but no information of any upcoming programs. If a converter box can show this added info, I don't see why Samsung can't add this feature on this above average cost TV. As I believe most digital channels now send out current and future programing information, wouldn't it be nice to have an unused digital channel show "TV Listings". In summary: nice set, great picture, but a few little improvements would make it even better.

I ordered this set on a Monday, and it was delivered exactly one week later. Even better, the price dropped by $50 the day after I ordered it ($599!), and Amazon quickly credited my account. Overall, a great purchasing experience. I had also read MANY reviews from customers who had less-than-ideal delivery situations, and CEVA was great. To be fair, I did call them in advance once the set had shipped to make sure they had my phone numbers (they did not until I called).br /br /As for the set? So far, it's a fantastic addition to the bedroom. Crisp, clear HD, well-defined digital, etc. A quiet set with MUCH better sound than the Sony tube set it's replacing. Overall, a terrific buy and a wonderful buying experience.
