Great Textbook! Highly recommended! Easy and quick read with material presented in an orderly fashion. Professional, not trashy, but it weighs so much, it does need its own set of wheels! Ordered through Amazon and it was the first one to arrive! I also saved about $75 going through Amazon with this new book vs. the campus book store.
The material in the book is suitable for easy reading with real life examples. Hope the newer editions will have current affairs.

I received the book on time, but it's appearance was not that of a new book. It had some staining on the top of the pages and was worn in some places. I just wish that it had not been represented as a "New" book.

I am very satisfied with the book itself. The condition is new and there a lot of examples and cases in the book explaining the most important concepts in business law. ATTENTION: When ordering the standard edition you may still get the 5th edition which is slightly different from the standard edition (features e.g. updated cases).

This book is great! It was one of the course textbooks for my Business Law and Ethics class last term and to my amazement, I actually enjoyed reading this book.
The flow of the book is sensible, I could easily comprehend the material, and the case studies and example scenarios really helped bring the applications into focus.
Im not stupid, but not a rocket scientist either, and I find that too often, textbooks are poorly written, with excessive reiteration that causes me to lose interest in the subject matter, OR verbose and technical explanations that I have no frame of reference for. I get lost and discouraged with the reading. Not so this book.
