We have a new Keurig coffee maker. We found there is a very big selection of coffee available. We picked Emeril's Big Easy Bold and it did not disappoint.

While I like bold coffees this one was so strong it left me with a bad after taste. Bold does not mean bitter.

Good, but the "bold" version could stand to be a bit stronger, not the typical of what you would expect from a New Orleans type Big flavor coffee which they are known for.

This coffee had a bold, strong flavor. The other coffees I have tried are too weak. (I like strong coffee). This is perfect.

Not a long review. Just wanted to add my 5 star recommendation. We all know taste is subjective. I have gone through several box's of k cups, several of them stating bold. This is by far my favorite. I look forward to sampling the decaf version.

This is the first K cup that I like using the largest setting. It would be nice if they had chicory root but it is mostly true to the flavor anyway. Clearly one to try if you like bold coffee. It has a little too much of the burnt flavor to be my favorite but close.

I found this bold selection to have a very bitter aftertaste . It is bold , but it is way too bitter .

I am disappointed with this coffee and am not looking forward to finishing it before I get another bold variety. It does make a bold cup of of coffee-- which is hard to find with a lot of k-cups, but it has a very bitter aftertaste.
