| Our first trip to Europe got us hooked on European coffee. Before our return on our last trip, we stopped and grabbed a can of Lavazza at the grocery store to bring home. It didn't last long and nothing at our local stores taste anywhere near the same. We purchased a can or two from a few websites, then ran across the deal Amazon offered. We purchased 8 cans from Amazon and are enjoying every drop of espresso coffee. |

1. you can expect a powder ground expresso powder to pack into your coffee maker. If you expect "ground coffee" you're wrong. Yes, the powdered coffee does flow through most coffee makers so you can expect that dark cloud in the bottom of your cup.
2. The taste is really delicious. As others cite, very smooth and flavorful (what else would you expect from an Italian company?)
3. This coffee will save you about $3.50 per day on a starbucks, unless you're really going there to meet friends or for the free wifi.
Try it, you'll really like it.
Cost? I bought a pack at the Friday sale (4 cans/$16) It was a really great deal! It's still a good deal at 4/$20.

This is an awesome ground coffee blend. it just tastes better than anything else. I tried so many others and I always regret I did while going back to my Lavazza-Caffe Espresso.
If you really like Starbucks or Seattle's best your standards are pretty low dude. this is Italian coffee in it's best, not over-roasted as Americans are so used to, not oily or bitter as all the others but perfectly balanced with excellent crema and aroma.

| It has a pleasant smell. I really like the flavor of this ground coffee. It is not as rich as whole bean coffees, but what I really liked about it is that the taste is almost sweet. Lavazza's has a sweet smell and a slightly sweet taste to it. There is no bitterness whatsoever with this drip coffee and no acidity to it at all although it does lack a bit in body. |

I could go into a lot of detail, but I think those who have gone before me have done that. I will just say that I have bought 4 shipments now of this stuff and will continue to do so because it is the BEST.

I've been looking around and trying different Expresso Coffee, never finding what I would say is almost perfect. So I decided to go on Amazon and see what I could find online that I could not find here locally. At first I thought these brands here on Amazon look like some cheap-o brands that no one who ever drink. But after doing some reading I found that Lavazza Italian Caffe Espresso is the real stuff that can be found in many Italian Restaurants and Cafe's! Armed with that information I ordered four cans.
On first taste I thought hmmmm, it's smooth, not bitter, and it smells great and has some real kick! The wife thinks it's very good, friends have tried it now and they all think this is good stuff too! So now that I know I am not alone on how this tatse, I have decided that I would order another four cans. I will have to stash them in the freezer so that I would not run out when friends come over to drink it up. And right away one of my friends logged to Amazom from my computer to place and order.
So if you want a smooth rich tasting Italian Espresso, this is the stuff to buy! And if you want my advise, always buy Arabica Ground Coffee! It's better than Columbian Coffee! |

| THIS COFFEE IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD, NO BITTERNESS,SMOOTH AND SWEET.WORTH THE COST, MAKES GREAT CAPPICINO.. IVE TRIED USA BRANDS SO FAR NONE COMPARE. MY DAUGHTER SENT ME SOME KONA EXPRESSO FROM HAWAII THAT WAS VERY GOOD AT TWICE THE PRICE..SOUTH AMERICAN EXPRESSOS ARE STRONGER AND BITTER. STICK WITH THE ITALIAN COFFEES THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. |
