| product just as shown on t.v... need two pair of hands to assemble (nothing hard.. just two pair of hands make it much easier)...only slightly negative things... there was rust on two of the pipes framework... almost as thought it had gotten wet or been used and the rubber was pealing off... I used Superglue to repair it. | |

| Only this unit has the bar away from the door frame so you don't hit your head on your door frame. I live in a small room in a town house around college campus. I have been using this item every other day for one month now. Before I started one month ago, I could only pull up with a slight swing motion of my entire body to boost. I could not pull up in a perfect still of my dorsal and legs. I bought some ankle weights to do my chin up with with this unit one day last month. I felt my tendon stressed out and a slight acute pain, which indicated a injury. I stopped using this item for a week. Then I picked up the exercise again one week later when the acute pain was gone completely. I surprised myself. For the first time in my 35 years of life, I pulled up with a perfect still dorsal and legs. I pulled up the entire 143 ponds of my body weight with my 2 arms. I am very happy with this product. I keep gaining weight to 147 lb today. I am thinking about buying a vertical leg press unit from amazon.com , which will cost $289. Everyone needs this item. It sits in my bedroom lining again the door frame. I can do 5 pull up before I sleep. I can do another 5 if I can't sleep. I can do another 5 if I decide to have a snack after I can't sleep 2 o'clock in the morning. I can do another 5 if I couldn't find a funny video on youtube while I snack. Pulling up is just part of my home living at this point and I can't quit. I am doing pull up with a 14 lb weighted vest these days. I think I must have gained some muscle. | |

| When the package arrived, it was partially open and had obviously been retaped by someone. I don't know if this was the company's fault or UPS's fault, but when I opened it, one of the plastic safety caps from one of the ends of the bar was missing. The pieces of the bar were merely wrapped in plastic. No padding or foam to protect them. I had no issues with rust dust or assembly, though I will admit the instructions were useless. As long as you have some common sense, you will be able to put it together. After assembly, the product is very solid. I weigh 260 and it hold me up securely. Very happy with the quality. I use it with the P90X system and it does all of the exercises well. Very satisfied. | |

| Arrived on time and exactly as described. If you have two wrenches and half a brain you can put this thing together. Great quality, makes no sense to pay 2x the amount for some of the other bars on market when this does the job. I would recommend this to anyone. | |
