This dualshock is just as good as the original black ones, others claiming these are cheap are plain wrong. It's heavy, sturdy, and ready for punishment. The 1-4 controller # lights glow through on my red controller very strongly around the plastic, but that's to be expected from an overpowered LED. I've dropped, sat on and played with this thing for 3 months now. All is well. Typical Dualshock, doesn't disappoint. Never going back to 6-axis ever.

Only thing its missing is usb cable 2.0 for re-charging that you have to buy,if you lost original that came with PS3 system ,or can use any other usb 2.0 you saved somewhere. if you have played PS1 ,PS2 and now PS3 .Shape of PS3 controller isn`t changed and sony kept its originality but made a lot of tech. advancement within it to make it perfect for wireless connection with long battery life.Still Retail stores are selling it arround 60 bucks so amazon is way to go to save money.

excelente desempeño del control dualshock3 para PS3, adios cables.... se carga directamente con la consola usando un cable Usb y a jugar por horas sin tropezones ni que el pS3 llegue a dar al piso hehehe.... el control playstation 3 viene sellado en caja, cero imitacion , totalmente original solo conectalo y dejalo cargar hasta que las luces rojas dejen de titilar y a jugar... acuerdense que tiene una bateria interna y se le debe dar uso correcto...

This controller is a fine addition to your gaming rig. It is identical to the one that comes with your PS3 system. I have tried off-brand ones and they feel cheap and kind of flimsy when playing with them. I recommend buying the Sony one because it feels "right". Sofar we have put hundreds of gaming hours on this controller and have yet to see it misfire once. I also recommend buying the Playstation 3 Energizer Power & Play Charging System. The price for the charger is really cheap and holds 2 of these controllers.

Pros:

>> OEM feel and function
>> Wireless controller with the PS3

Cons:
>> Some wear noted around the L3 and L2 joystick (maybe lube with graphite dust).

All in all a fine addition to your PS3.

This is an excellent controller, you can feel the action in your own hands. It's awesome!
The only thing i didn't like about this was that at the description says that "The controller can be charge at any time using the Controller's USB CABLE" ... guess what, it DOESNT bring the USB CABLE! you have to look for an extra cable somewhere...
I recommend to fully charge this controller the first time it's used to a better battery life in the future.
