| Awesome game. Not easy to beat at the advanced levels!! The jumping around, and making sure your in the right place on the mat, excellent! I'm mean, who doesn't love to whack a mole! Heart rate really gets going playing this game. Was looking at the Jillian Michaels 2009 Ultimatum, TG I rented it, was not a good game. This however, I have played every day as part of my whole wii fit workout routine!! Can easily burn the calories with this game! Can't wait for more games like this!!! |

| 5 of my 7 grandchildren got this and all have said they love it. It is challenging, different and keeps them entertained. They see improvement as they practice. Mom and Dad can play it with them and they all are amused by the balancing and different techniques used to complete the challenges. I look forward to the next one in the series. |

"Great for a Cardio Workout" | 2008-11-08 |

I love Wii Fit but it needs some more cardio options. This game provides a cardio workout. The graphics are not as good as Wii Fit but that doesn't hamper the play. The mat provides a nice change from the balance board and the game is very responsive to your movements.
Do not buy the Jillian Michaels Ultimate Challenge. That game should be pulled from the shelves. Buy this instead. |

| Right, right, I totally forgot how bloody hard they 'workout' when they play. You know I really did not think this 'game' would be so utterly challanging. Yoga is hard, too - but there's a reason why kids don't break in to yoga poses on the school fields, and they, instead, play hopscotch, running, jumping, and racing games - because they are in such good shape, they can play the HARDEST stuff there is! Yoga for kids? Please :P - kids are the hardest playing athletes there are! And this game proves it. All these darn kiddie games nearly have KILLED every adult who scoffed at it and stepped up to the mat - including me! This adds 'pro-amature athlete' to your resume. Give it a try if you want to skip gym fees. Get this one, We Cheer, and Wii Sport, and you got a home gym membership with no fees, no gas/milage costs and no driving time. Outdoor challange *IS* a challange, alright. And what a great game to have around for kids to use, esp in cold places like where I live when it's way too cold to go out and burn massive amount of energy 'playing'. Great game. Only cons i can think of are to picky to really even bother mentioning. Wasn't sure about this one, thought it would be another dance/game mat sucking up precious room. I was wrong. It kicked everyone's butt and is still kicking it! |

| This game gets a big thumbs up from everyone. Cannot wait for more to come out like it! Our only drawback is that the mat slips too much... Tried a yoga mat under, still did not help. Going to go to the store today to purchase a sticky mat that goes under rugs to try. They should think about a solution to this- cannot be too hard to do! Worried that the cord is going to get damaged from the mat pulling on it when it slips. A cordless model maybe? Anyway, still well worth the $$, my 12 year old twins love it, and I could see kids over 4 being able to use it as well (some of the games). Mom loves it as well... Bring us more activelife! |

"Fun Game -- if Jumping Not a Problem for Knees and Feet" | 2008-10-06 |

| Ordered this game as a companion to Wii Fit for two users in our late 50s. The game is a lot of fun and you can get the heart rate up pretty good. If you're over 50 and only going to get one Wii exercise game, I'd still recommend Wii Fit over this one. Nearly all of the games in Outdoor Challenge involve some jumping; too much of this turns out to be hard on older knees and feet. I also ordered Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii and it has an option to turn off the jumps. Wish this game had that feature. |

| This seems like a great product, but the second remote turned off after an hour of play. The batteries are fine and the remote "syncs" with other games that we have (Wii sports). Has anyone else had this same problem? This game is really fun, and I hope we don't have to return it. |

"Pretty fun, over all" | 2008-09-24 |

Got this one as a break from the Wii Fit, which I greatly enjoy. This has a couple of minor advantages; the cats like to snuggle up to the balance board, but seem content to stay off the mat, for some reason. The games are pretty fun, and do make a change from the balance games and aerobics on the Fit.
Only played it once and discovered it uses significantly different muscles than the Wii Fit does. Also, I must be the most uncoordinated person in the world; I keep stepping off the sensors when I run or jump. While I don't normally have trouble interacting with a particular interface, this one is especially intuitive.
Storage is going to be a bit of a woolly booger, I'm afraid. The mat is a space hog, even when folded. I wish the mat and the console could link up without the wire; I worry someone is going to trip over the cable or accidentally pull the console over (and ours is on the bottom shelf of the entertainment center).
I enjoy it a lot, and look forward to other Active Life titles. |
