| I was worried after reading some of the bad reviews for this product, so I searched around the internet for a few days looking for a good digital frame. I ended up buying this one after hours of research and I couldn't be happier. The frames are very nice- and having two makes this frame compatible with every room. I bought the 10.4 inch and it's perfect; smaller would be too small and bigger would be a little unnecessary (at least for what I was looking for). Also, the picture quality is very good. The pro about this frame is that it maintains the original picture ratio- it doesn't stretch and distort the image like other frames do. I tried to find a frame that ran on batteries, but I couldn't find one that met the other standards of this Portable USA frame. I only took off a star because I was confused about how to transfer pictures onto the frame, however I haven't fully read through the directions yet so that could be more of the problem. I gave this as a gift to my parents and they loved it; I would definitely recommend this frame to others. | |

| I have to admit that I was "spoofed" by several negative reviews of the Portable USA PU-10WB 10.4-Inch 256MB.. buyers receiving broken frames, difficulty of setting up and glitches with remote .. but took a chance anyway and ordered the Frame at a great price thru Amazon. Yes, remote instructions were a bit confusing .. but not anymore than the majority of software instructs.. I loaded 3700 pics on SanDisk Cruzer 8G USB Flash drive and each time some pics in a group wouldn't transfer. I emailed the TECH Department - and within 10 minutes I received a call from them. I was sent a tiny program for MACs - to resize and rename the pics. and all of them then transferred to the Flash drive. I didn't use any of the other available memory slots - nor did I use the 256 internal Frame Memory. I wanted viewing to be as simple as possible. On a second SanDisk Cruzer - I loaded 65 little movies taken over the years of grandchildren (Sony CyberShot) that were already sorted and grouped in folders on my MAC iPhoto. The FRAME w/ pics and movies was a Farewell Gift to Daughter and Family who will be out of the country for some time with no local internet access. Our extended family can now load a Flash Drive w/ current pics, movies .. etc and put it in the mail. Would like to have had a bit more control w/ the "on board" buttons ... but no complaints. It's just GREAT. | |

| Very happy with this product. I have been using this picture frame to show some simple videos + pictures in a retail store I manage. I like to show the weekly sales plus Bible based messages that I believe cheer up people when in a tough day. The product has been working every single day for 4 months now and I have no problems with it. When I want to get new information in it I just get an extra SD Memory Card into it and it is ready. No problem to do the picture and video editing on a Mac. Videos can be a little choppy, but since my videos show text + pictures and not actual people movies with too much movement in it, you can barely notice the choppy movement. For regular movies I believe it is not nice, look elsewhere.... I never use the audio feature in it. Picture quality is "very good" but dont expect a very high quality super bright crisp HD image as in a high end computer. YES, it does the job for MY needs.... Would I use it as a picture frame at home? NO, Why? As a photo fan I would like to see more bright and crisp images, but again, I'm VERY PICKY when it comes to my pictures, if you are not very picture quality demanding, I guess it will do the job for 90% of users. For example, if I give this as a gift to my parents they would actually love it. | |

| Bought this as a gift for someone. It was delivered on time but with a broken frame. Called up Ritzcamera for replacement and they had an elaborate return process. Although they were very helpful they made me ship it back to the manufacturers and after a month long process, said they could only refund the money & not replace the product. Said all I had to do was buy it again online - but the prices had gone up by then and I was stuck. More to prevent this process again than due to the $10-$15 price rise, I bought a Tricod 15 inch from Amazon and am happy with it now. | |

| Simple & easy to use. Good features. Like other picture frames it is not quite as bright as you might like during the day. Like other picture frames it also uses a 10-year-old TN-LC system which causes some viewing angle problems -- unlike the VA-LC system used in modern LCD TVs and computer monitors. I would also prefer a more compact design with less frame around the picture, but these are problems with all of the picture frames that I have seen. | |

| Picture frame has many options and operates as advertised. It is much better programmed than two picture frames I have had in the past. I highly recommend it! | |
