I've had this chair for almost 2 months and have used it almost everyday for at least one 15 minute cycle, usually two and sometimes more. So far, so great with one exception, it doesn't have any vibration mode. Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do and I've enjoyed using it. Just an FYI for those who have problems getting up and out of things, it is low to the ground.

We've had this chair for a year now and it's the best investment we could have made. We are getting to the age where:
.getting out of bed in the morning, we need 20 minutes to loosen/straighten up ...............15 minutes of massage does it !
.after a few hours of yard work, can't stand up straight ............30 minutes of massage takes care of it !
.after an hour and a half of tennis, our muscles are sore..........15 minutes of massage and we're loose again !
Over the years we have looked at the brands, costing in the mid hundreds and more expensive brands as much as $5,000. It was hard to find one that would fit our different body sizes and still suitable for each of us with regard to roller power. Finally, we found this perfect machine for us and have enjoyed it ever since.
For the man who believes that even at 50 he can still out maneuver the kids. This was a surprise gift for my brother's 50th. It has been one of his favorite lifetime gifts. It's his new best friend after rounds of golf, softball, Harley trips, you name it. He and his wife use it everyday often just before bed to relax into what they claim is the best sleep they've ever had. The design is ultra-smart. It's a lovely piece of furniture to fit decor in any room. I highly recommend this for wellness, too.

Just about everyone else who has tried my new chair has said the same thing: It's too much. I agree, but I like it! Putting in the softening pad makes it bearable to even my mom. The only reason for the four stars is that I think the remote is a little confusing, as it isn't always easy to make the chair do exactly what I want. It needs heat and the leg option because after 15 minutes in this chair, you realize how neglected your butt and legs now feel!
Although this chair is expensive, I've found it's worth the dollars! At the end of a long day at the computer, this will make you forget your troubles. It's like having a spa at home and with the programs, you can set the controls to exactly what you need for the day. This has helped my husband's bad back (years of broken bones from gymnastics) immensely.
