Love this exercise program, you don't have to be an athlete to use it. Simple instructions and encourages you even if you can't keep up with them. Love the beginners video, explains the basic steps and I used this a few time before going to the regular workout DVD. You have the option of the full workout DVD or the condensed one when you don't have enough time for the full workout. Love the music and the instructors.

The exercise in this set is good, I don't as a rule LIKE to exercise, but with this one I can fool myself into thinking its a little fun. Overall its okay. Wish they had more variety between the 20 minute workout and the 40 minute one (its the same just longer). But I guess that is what gets you to buy the other dvd's.....ah marketing, isn't it swell.

I was very pleased when I started this really fun way to work out. I will say that I stayed on the first lesson for a few weeks. It is a great workout and it starts you out at a good pace. The second one is putting the steps together at a quicker pace and having the different view to see really does help. These ladies are great teachers and good motivators!
I'm 56 and had a left total hip replacement two years ago and love this dance exercise. I know my limitations and granted there maybe a couple of things I can't do so I do what I can and it is 98%. Listen to your body. I absolutly love it. Oh look at the time! It's time to dance:)

I was so excited that day I received my package. I started out with the instructional dvd and then I moved on to the Full Workout. I was sweating so much but I had fun. You really work your core, obliques, arms and legs. I actually feel like going out to dance. I feel sexy when doing the dance moves. You can also learn some dance moves and take it to the club. So, I highly recommend this dvd, I have also told my sister about. You will not be bored, just have fun and whittle your waist away.

This DVD set is great. You learn how to move your body in a way that really uses your core stomach muscles, hips, arms, and back. You start to sweat and have over a 20 minute workout without even realizing it because it's so much fun! Highly recommended.
