I gave this watch to my husband for father's day and he liked how easy it was the read the time with the color contrast between the hands, numbers and face. The leather band is of good quality.Not sure how well the eco-drive will work to keep power to the watch. It is light powered, so we will see.

I have had the watch a year and a half, and I really like it.
It keeps perfect time.
It handles getting wet.
It is classy looking.
That being said, this is what I don't like about the watch.
The leather band is showing wear and developing that smell from getting wet and absorbing sweat. All leather bands do it.
Very difficult to see the second hand. It is so thin it can hardly be seen on the black face of the watch.
The day and date are difficult to see unless the watch is in direct light. No big deal, if I want to time something I use the digital stop watch on my phone, and I'm usually aware of what day it is and the date.
I would buy the watch again.
I love not having to get batteries changed, just make sure it gets exposed to light. Have gone through 2 dreary, overcast winters without having any problems with the charge.
Overall, a good buy.

I love the way this watch looks and feels. The set-up for month and date is rather cumbersome however and I don't like the French names which show up in the month and day slot.

This is a nice watch that is accurately advertised. It is attractive in appearence and never needs a battery. This watch was a gift for 95 year-old man; he feels the black dial is cool to look at and easy to read. That endorsment is good enough for me.
