clunky pre-sets, not that easy to set or use.

Had a GE model in the kitchen for years - it was much thinner and had a very convenient light but the quality was lacking. First the cd player stopped working, the buttons wore 'thin' and by the end only the radio and light remained.

This has several nice features including a 3 cd changer and abilit to plug in an MP3 which is a wonderful addition to expan the music collection. Several presets plus a much more usable remote control round out this offering to make it far superior to the older GE model. The only two deficiencies are the reception does not seem as good as the older GE (this is located in exactly the same place) and rather miss the light. Outside of those two minor issues, this is a far superior unit.

Makes light work of cooking - put on your favorite music, tune in to your favorite news or simply listen to a class while cooking or cleaning. Great price, nice features.

I am very pleased with this purchase and have already suggested it to friends who are in the market. I bought it here after hearing it (and getting the run-around) at several Best Buys. The sound is great, the remote, which I first laughed at as my kitchen is pretty small, has velcro and a magnet. It hangs off my microwave very conveniently. It came with a template of where to drill, which was very handy. It holds several presets (I am up to 13 so far) and the reception is fantastic. It's only been a few weeks, but no complaints thus far.

The price is UNBEATABLE as is the quality. I ordered it because it's a Sony and I wanted either a CD player or Ipod connectivity. I saw it had a 3 disc changer, got it in the mail and lo and behold, it ALSO has a connector for my iPod. SWEET surprise!!!!
Love this thing!

I have only had this for a few days,but LOVE it! Read reviews on a lot of products-this seemed the best- Has great sound and looks good under my Cabinet. HAS to have its Own Outlet though,other wise radio has static.Used the Paper to Mark holes-would of had installed in 10 mins but that last Hole gave me alittle trouble lineing up.Forgot to Copy Serial # down off top b4 installing ,hope I don't need later,hate to have to take down. Sony has a Great reputaion in my house,would highly recomend this Item.
