| The quality that I expect from Samson is evident with this product. It is represented accurately in the description from Samson and it is working perfectly for my need. I have yet to go wrong with a Samson labeled product and that success is continued with this purchase. It is very sturdy, finished in high-quality, the adjustments all work flawlessly. This is sturdy, strong and ideal for my needs. I am hanging a Samson CO3U USB Microphone off the boom and it is no problem with weight. Highly recommended. |

| This mic stand would be perfect, if only it would stay put. No matter how much I try to tighten the knobs, the boom-arm and mic attachment both eventually start to feel the effects of gravity. Then I have to struggle like crazy to loosen the knobs that I tightened super tight in order to reset the mic position. And, no, I am not using a super heavy mic. I am using a Samson C01U with shock mount and pop-filter. |

This was the perfect thing for me. I always had to deal with a very anoying tiny podcasting stand when my recording studio needed my artists to stand instean of bend foward. now we can stand up and our backs are great plus it works well with holding up the mic. I don't have the shockmount yet so i used tape but otherwise it works great with recording. I would recomend this to any podcaster radio station recording studio or young home artist like me.

| I bought this to make my podcasting easier. And what a difference it has made. It is sturdy, lightweight and easily extends from the side of my desk to a comfortable position, enabling the microphone to be out of my line of site, but close enough to ensure good pickup. Thanks again. |
