"Great Summer Fun" | 2009-08-08 |

We bought this for our 3 year old daughter and it is perfect for her. She loves the slide and sprinkler. It is fun when her friends come over. The pool can fit at least 4 to 5 toddlers in it. It is very easy to inflate with the blower and hook the hose up to the sprinkler. The only downfall is that you can not leave it up all day and night unless you leave the blower running and there is no other way to let the water drain unless you deflate the pool and have to turn it over to make sure all water is out before storing it away. It is definately a "Kiddie" big pool. If you are leaving it out deflated (which we do)I would suggest investing in a tarp to cover it to keep away bugs and leaves because the next day when you want to inflate it again it is a pain to clean prior to filling it again with water and being that it is large...again its a pain to clean.
Have fun with it! |

Great fun for kids...has to be taken care of by adults after each use. Well worth the money for entertaining the kids on special occasions, or just for a long summer day with no where to go. |

| PERFECT for 5 and under. Much lighter than the monster large waterslides - very easy to set up, it takes only minutes. I can handle this thing by myself and that's the biggest plus of all! Please don't expect this slide, or any inflatable slide to last more than 2-3 yrs at the most...they're just so prone to ripping. I bought mine for $100 from Walmart and I'm definately getting my monies worth! |

"Best purchase I've made in a long time!" | 2009-07-09 |

I was hesitant about buying this water slide. I bought the Banzai Spray N Splash giraffe pool last summer, and it was a bit of a disappointment. But we've been having a heat wave in Houston, and I figured I'd get my money's worth out of a bigger, more durable slide and pool. This pool is sensational for my 3 year old toddler. He loves the water slide, and there is plenty of room for him to splash about, including room for friends and pool toys. If he's not sliding down the usual way, he's climbing up the slide part and sliding down the opposite way, which fortunately has a padded, inflated part at the bottom.
The directions were a bit confusing, so it took me awhile to get it set up the first time. But now I can either set it up or take it down in 10 minutes. Just be sure to have a hammer ready to put the stakes in and pry them out. This is important to me, because I have to put the pool away once each week to cut the lawn. I bought a big plastic tub to keep it out of the way when I need to.
The sprayer seems to work fine for me. Even if it eventually breaks, it's easy enough to use a pail to splash water up onto the slide to keep it wet. |

| I bought this from Coloradobargains here on Amazon, and it wasn't the product pictured...it is similar, but not the same. The one I got is exactly the same, except instead of there being a pool at the bottom, there's more of a trampoline. The "pool" only holds about 3 inches of water. At first, I was very disappointed, because I was looking forward to climbing into the pool myself. However, I live in drought-stricken Southern California, and I am kind of happy to have the one we have because I don't have to feel guilty about the amount of water it uses. Now I can set it up whenever and not worry about exceeding our water allotment. My 4-year old LOVES it! He jumps around, splashes, and gets plenty cool and wet. So all in all, it's a good thing, but I wish I knew what I was really getting in the first place! |

I purchased this from Coloradobargains, because they had the lowest price, even with shipping. There was a small problem with the order, but I couldn't be happier with the customer service from them, so I thought I'd give them a plug.
That said, the model I purchased is slightly different than the one pictured, but essentially the same. It is a super fun toy that I have trouble getting my 4-year-old off of! It's well made and I'm sure will last for several years. All the neighborhood kids love it, and it's not so large that it is difficult to store or move. One of my friends has the Plunge, which is a larger version of this slide, and they rarely get it out because it's such an ordeal.
I would encourage anyone to buy this for their child this summer! |
