"Awesome stroller! Perfect for a growing toddler!" | 2009-10-27 |

| I researched for months before ultimately purchasing the Baby Jogger City Classic. I am not a runner, but I do use this stroller for everything else. I love the way it handles...it's so easy to push and steer one-handed. The air-filled tires are a really nice feature, and so is the fact that it has shocks on the front tire. You barely feel bumps on rough terrain. The colors of the stroller are attractive and the fabric seems pretty durable. The sun shade is fantastic! It will keep the sun out of your childs eyes no matter what time of the day it is. It has some storage on the back of the stroller which is a nice feature, but I have yet to use it. The basket below is a decent size, but not very accessible at all. The biggest selling point for me was that it has a high seat. The seat back measures roughly 21" whereas similar strollers measure around 17". This was very important to me because my 2 year old is very tall for his age. My son fits in this stroller very well, with tons of room to grow. He seems very comfortable, also. The foot rest is better than a lot of jogging/all terrain strollers. It can be easily cleaned and it provides plenty of room for children with longer legs. The adjustable handle is nice, parents of all heights can push it comfortably. This stroller folds very easily and isn't too heavy compared to others in its class. My only realy complaint is that once it's folded up, it's very awkward. There's not a good place to pick it up and carry it, and it doesn't latch together once it's folded so it comes apart easily. However, it folds up fairly compactly and takes up less than half of the trunk in my nissan altima. This is a great all around stroller. Great for walks on any terrain and for shopping (just be careful because the back wheels are very wide-set, so you will have trouble fitting between clothing racks!). |

| I love the way it moves. It pratically pushes itself. The wheels are a little wide when trying to get into narrow spaces, but it folds ups really easily. I was seriously considering the city mini and I am very happy I picked the city classic instead, its a more solid stroller and I love walking in the park with it. |

"Better than higher priced swivel wheel strollers" | 2009-10-22 |

| We were looking for a swivel wheel stroller, because they are so much easier to push and turn than regular 4 wheel strollers. Most of our friends have the Bob Revolution, but we couldn't stomach paying $[...] for a stroller. After exhaustive research, we found the baby jogger city classic to be easily the best value and to possibly be even better than some more expensive strollers. Features it has that others do not: easily removable fabric for washing, easily adjustable straps which are not threaded but clip to the seat instead, reclining seat which adjusts to a desirable upright position, hard plastic foot rest that is easily cleaned, adjustable handle height, 21.5 lb weight, one pull folding, very large retractable sun canopy, simple front wheel lock, and durability. We really like that it turns on a dime and cost $[...] less than the more popular brand. The only things it doesn't have are shocks and 16 inch rear wheels, and I can't see that this makes much difference. It was very easy to assemble. The storage underneath is comparable to most swivel wheel strollers I've seen. I would have preferred more storage underneath since we often walk to the grocery store with the stroller, and that is my only complaint. Go to the Baby Jogger website to see videos demonstrating the features of this stroller. |

| I got this stroller to replace two former jogging strollers that just didn't meet my needs. I am so happy that after tons of research I decided to go with the Baby Jogger City Classic. The pros: Deep seat (big enough for a large two year old- with more room to grow), huge sun shade, flat seat recline, super easy fold with one hand, compact when folded (only takes up half the trunk of my Ford Escape), great for brisk walking on uneven sidewalks, roomy basket underneath and back of seat pocket, see-through windows in sun shade, 14in. back tires are not as bulky as standard 16in. jogger, adjustable handle bar, plenty of leg room for child. The cons: not made for serious jogging, smaller rear tires not as sturdy as the large 16in. tire on typical joggers, larger tires=smoother ride (but also more bulky if using in the mall or fitting in trunk of car), no cup holder (but I bought a great one at Babies R US for $6), rear of seat of this stroller is not vented when reclined- it's just solid material all the way around which doesn't allow for good air-flow on a hot day. The demo. video on the Baby Jogger website shows a different version (maybe the City Elite) with a vented seat. I bought this one thinking the seat was vented, but was disappointed that wasn't the case... Other than that one feature that I would've liked, this stroller is Great! It is a much better value than BOB and has just as many features. I'm very satisfied with my Baby Jogger. Also- it has a jump seat that you can purchase if you have a baby and a toddler and don't like the bulk of an enormous double stroller. |

When I read that this jogger had a one-handed fold-up option, it sounded good, but once I really saw it in action, it is genius!
Everything about this stroller is well thought-out. The ride is smooth, it turns on a dime, your child can recline to whatever position, it has the best canopy I've ever seen, with windows so you keep eye on baby. My daughter is only 6 months now, but has loved it so far.
Only caveat is that it does not come with a bar/tray for baby and neither for the adult. So you need to purchase these separately. |

"BEST STROLLER EVER!! Don't by a BOB--buy this stroller" | 2009-10-14 |

| This is the best baby purchase I have made (and I've made a lot!). I went between this and the BOB and am so glad I picked this stroller. I've had it for 6 weeks now and walk with it everyday in my neighborhood (paved sidewalks) and it is so easy to push and comfortable for my large 9 month old (22+ pounds). The adjustable handle is great--for me and husband 5'10, for my father 6'4 and my mother 5'3, I think that is one of the greatest things. The sunshade is awesome. The storage is adequate (mesh bag for extra sweatshirt/burp cloths; zipper pocket for phone keys wallet). I haven't bought any of the attachments yet (haven't needed them). The price here can not be beat when you compare it to the BOB which is near impossible to find on sale. I just can't say enough good things about this stroller and wish I would have bought it months ago and not spent the money on my expensive Maclaren umbrella stroller (which now stays folded in my trunk). Excellent stroller--great price--buy it! |
