HI, WE HAD GOTTEN THE ZHU ZHU SET, WE GOT THE WHOLE COMPLETE SET, IT IS REALLY BIG. THIS IS A VERY NICE TOY, MY GRAND KIDS LOVE IT. WE BOUGHT IT FOR CHRISTMAS, BUT ENDED GIVING IT TO HER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. THE HAMSTERS ARE VERY CUTE THE WAY THEY GO THROUGH THE TUNNELS, AND RAMPS. SHE JUST LOVES IT. ALSO AMAZON WAS GREAT WHEN I ORDERED IT, AND I GOT IT RIGHT AWAY. THANKS AMAZON.

We have not had any problems with this toy at all !! You know for every complaint there are hundred or more people who are happy!! We are one of those people. Our family loves the Zhu Zhu pets and all the accessories are very entertaining, especially this one.

This product is made very poorly for the price. It won't last long for the age range specified for.

We got the garage/car and had no trouble with the car coming out of the garage, but after that the hamster could not get the car to go forward, just backwards. You could hear the wheels spinning trying to make it go forward, but it couldn't move the car. And the garage top falls off if you look at it cross-eyed. We packed it up and took it back to Walmart, along with the exercise wheel, surfboard and sleep dome.

The garage is NOT worth the money! It falls apart every use and my child cries thinking she's broken it. I finally had to make it disappear.

Kids are really bored after a short time. There isn't anything for them to do but sit and watch. Boring.
