Very bright, makes the room feel like a summer morning instead of a dreary winter one. Legs could be a bit more stable, but not a major drawback.

I LOVE THIS THING!!!! I live in MN and have helped 9 people to get this lamp. I have found if I use it on a daily basis before 9am I can survive the winter without the usual crash of emotions. I have had it for 2 years now. I can not say enough good things about it. I get a double positive effect now - I put a plant hook in the ceiling over my treadmill and hung it from their... 15 minutes a day I am a happy mom and one more step closer to being fit.

I won't speak to the therapeutic aspects of this light, I just can't say whether it's made a difference. I will say, however, that its exactly as described. It arrived quickly, assembled easily and is BRIGHT. I found none of the few complaints which I read about smell, broken lights, poor shipping etc to exist. I did my homework about which type of light to buy, and I am convinced that this is the one most often described/used in scholarly articles about light therapy. It's also cheaper here than anywhere else I've found it. I'm an Amazon believer.

This is a nifty light and serves my purpose. Living in MN, it is difficult for me to handle the shorter days in winter. I was flagging even in September. What I am hoping for is more energy from using the light for a half hour each morning.
Having only used it for two weeks now, the one specific change I've noted is that when I awake in the morning, I'm awake. No thought of lingering under the covers. It feels good. I plan on this light helping me through winter.
It was well-packaged, came quickly, and was easy to assemble.

I have been using my lamp for about a month I think. So far so good! I had started to feel the old fog rolling in as soon as the days started getting shorter. I have it set up on my desk and every morning while I do daily devotions I turn on my lamp. It works out great for me. So well in fact,I saved my box because it's coming with me wherever I go!
