I was recommended to get this product by my massage therapist. Due to excessive traveling I was having numbness in my arms and neck. I used the balls on the spot areas suggested in the book and from the first day much of the pain was gone. With continued use I regained and maintained a life of pain free use of my arms. This is huge for me as I have had this numbness and pain for 2 years. Thank you!!!

Having lived with chronic neck, upper back and shoulder pain for over ten years, I've tried a variety of products and services in the search for relief. I've used massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, special stretches, special exercises, heating pads, hot showers, expensive cervical pillows, tennis balls in a sock, TheraCane, inversion tables, myofascial release, hypnotherapy, meditation, you name it.

Although nearly all of the above therapies have been helpfel to some extent, NOTHING has come close to doing for me what these little inexpensive "Miracle Balls" can do. NOTHING!

When I first tried them, I wasn't too sure I liked them actually. It did take some experimentation and getting used to. But once I got a feel for them, WOW. Do you ever have so much tension through your shoulder blades that you just want someone to take their hands and apply deep pressure? That's what these balls do, when you use them correctly.

Here's what works for me: Lay on the balls on the floor (you can do this on your bed but you won't get as deep pressure because the mattress has "give" to it), positioning them close together on either side of your spine (evenly on both sides) beginning at the top (right where the neck meets the traps). Once you are sure they are evenly positioned and you are lying on them comfortably, extend your arms out to either side and relax. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to melt deeper into the balls. After 1-2 minutes, by using your feet (bent legs, feet flat on floor), lift your hips slightly and roll backwards about one inch so the balls are now slightly lower. Repeat the breathing.

Keep doing this, edging yourself backward every few minutes so eventually you will have covered the entire spine/back. I try to do this twice a day now, morning and night. It's even better if you do it right after a hot shower, so your tight muscles can relax into the balls more deeply.

These things are ingenious. I just ordered 2 more sets because I lost one of my balls somehow this week and it made me realize I can't risk these ever becoming unavailable to me.

I had never heard of this product and just came upon it as I was looking at something else - it came up on the bottom of the screen. I usually don't pay much attenton to those things, but this one caught my eye, so I purchased it for my husband, who has some back issues following a traffic accident. He has been using it for several months now, and he has found a great deal of relief with the product - so much so, that he is exercising on a regular basis. (I also use this ball when I am doing the Bender-Ball workout; i like it much better)

Just a suggestion on this product: start out easing into it. Too much too fast will put you in pain, but with starting gently for a very short time you can find relief. It really has been helpful with sciatic pain using one or two balls in the lower back/sacariliac area. I've wanted something like these balls for a long time as I sensed that putting pressure on a spot by lying on a ball could help. They do work. Worth the price.

These's little balls has changed my life. I had back surgery for a compression fracture, and this little ball and the breathing techiques have made a world of difference. It just relieves the pain, you just lay on the ball and the pain vanishes. I use it in the car, in bed, on the floor. Just lay on the floor, place the ball in the area of your back that hurts and relax, let your body just melt over the ball and breath deep in and out, and the pain is gone, what a great little product for only $16.00.
