this game is fun. for the marines pretty good but not so much. good parts: the aliens are easy to kill even better in the guys with pulse rifles have gernade lanchers. the exo suit is best. bad: first the marines suck when battling predators otherwise thier good. predators are not my favs.they suck when battling humans otherwise thier good. aliens r my favs. the only bad parts are when u are out numbered other wise they are the best.

This is the 2nd best game i've ever played.Like the other reviews,it could be better with 2 player.I found the master cheat so I just check out the maps and watch the enemy[p.s. the master cheat is,while playing mash R1,R1,L1,R1,L1,L1,R1,L1,R1,R1,L1,R1,L1,L1,R1,L1].Another thing is the aliens.I tried the predators but it wasn't that fun.One thing that annoyed me is the upgrades.The more games you complete the more upgrades you get to use.You don't have to worry about paying for them if you have the master cheat but even if you complete the game you can go to the first mission and you won't have any upgrade. Overall, it's a great game, but it could be better.

I bought this game expecting it to be so-so based on the amazon reviews, but found the game to be an outstanding treasure among PS2 games. This is one of the best computer/PS2 games I've ever played. Of course like all games it has its faults, like a lack of skirmish and online play. But overall fun game that will keep you entertained for hours. Definitely play as the aliens, they can be a little frustrating but fun to play.

alien vs. predator was a great movie so i decided to play the game and i thought it would be where you move with the left analog stick insted of with circel but it is still is a fun game i like playing as the predators cause there strongest i think if you like the movie you will love the game and even if you dont like the movie you will still love the game

Ok for everybody who is on the fence about giving this game a try I'm going to make such a case for this game that anyone who reads this review will atleast have to give this game a try and I'm going to do this in 6 steps.#1 the graphics:the graphics for this game aren't ground breaking but they don't need to be.this games graphics are just fine you don't need to have mind blowing graphics just to make a game a blast to play.#2 the gameplay:The gameplay is very good the only problem I had was when I had 60 or 70 aliens fighting around 110 K10 aliens and even then I didn't get to much slowdown,if you want to see some slowdown try army men air attack on Ps1.#3 the plot: the plots not like movie depth where you get a background about the background,but it dosen't need one it's plot is just fine the way it is.#4 the controls:the controls aren't to hard but they are a bit challenging but when you spend a couple of hours on this game,the controls are just like MOH:RS.#5 the characters:the characters in this game are stunning they are very,very well done they vary from each species as they should and there are three technology levels,1 the aliens :are the most primitive species of the group,they kill with their arms,tongues,tails and blood.2 the colonial marines: they are in the middle of the group between primitive and advanced.3 the predators: the most technologicaly advanced of the three,they kill with searing plasma and super sharp blades.#6 the overall: this game overall is a great game fun to play,try getting all the breeds in one group.well that's all I've got to say about this game.
