| Product Searching Tips |
| When searching for a product using the GoSale search box, there are several methods that can help to maximize your searching success:

| Use manufacturer and product names. |
| If you know the name of the product you are looking for, use the product title and the manufacturer in the search box. This will often produce the best results. |
| Use keywords and attributes if you are unsure of the product name. |
| If you are unsure of the exact product you are looking for, enter keywords and other identifiers in the search box. For example, if you are looking for a camcorder in the popular MiniDV format and the JVC brand appeals to you, enter "JVC MiniDV Camcorder" in the search box. Also remember that some words can have alternative spellings. For example, "MiniDV" can also be spelled "Mini DV" so try alternate spellings if you are unsuccessful in your search. Keep in mind that entering more words in the search box will return fewer results since the search is more specific.

| No products found? Be more general. |
| If you search for a product but the search does not find any matching products, try to take out highly specific words and try to use more general words within the search phrase. For example, if the search phrase "Fujifilm FinePix F700 Digital Camera with Dock" does not produce results, try a more general phrase such as "Fuji FinePix Camera" or "Fuji Digital Camera". |
| Looking for a book? Try entering the ISBN number. |
| If you are looking for a specific book and know the ISBN number, try entering just the ISBN number in the search box. Our search engine recognizes ISBN numbers (International Standard Book Number) which is the 10 digit code typically found on the back of a book. Do not include spaces or dashes. |
| Know the UPC? Search for it! |
| If you know the UPC number for the product you are looking for, try entering it into the search box. |
| If you can't find it, try browsing the categories. |
| Sometimes searching for a product will not return a match as some products have multiple names or ways in which the name can be spelled. If your search is unsuccessful, try to use the categories to locate the product and browse alternatives. |
