product was broken at one junction but not worth calling about. And mainly there are not stabilizer pins in center as described. Lucky for us we are using flameless candles so it is still perfect for what we are using it for. We did not call the seller to "fix" anything so I cannot speak to that part of their service. As far as I know they are a good seller and I would buy from them again.
