Gefen's ex·tend·it KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) extenders provide access to a computer from up to 300 feet while ex·tend·it KVM switches provide access to multiple computers from a single workstation. Both are made for Windows, Macintosh and SGI computers. Extensive supplies of cables are also available. In the audio management arena, Gefen offers SFXSearch, software that provides management solutions for large databases of sound effects and music libraries and SFXNet, which provides a networking solution for users accessing sound effects from a centrally located server. You may want to consider a different delivery service. Fedex is unreliable. On June 7, delivery status showed "out for delivery". So I waited. After 7 hours, I gave up. Turns out they didn't even attempt delivery that day. After 2 failed attempts, I waited another 7 hours today (6/11). Another waste of time. Seems they attempted but did not leave a door tag. Where's my stuff?

Had a problem with receiving this order. It turned out to be a problem with FedEx and not the seller. Once i contatce Gefen they helped track it down and refunded the shipping charges due to the problems.

DO NOT BUY FROM GEFEN INC! My remote came in and was the wrong one. I called them and they don’t carry that item. Told me to return it but the shipping was almost as much as the item. The shipping manager was out to lunch then was in a meeting. He NEVER called me back. Not happy that I got the wrong item. They should have credited my card and absorbed the $9.99 loss.

This is the second Griffin iTrip I've purchased online and they've both stopped functioning after a short period of time. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable music.

While I've generally been quite happy with Gefen, this experience was not. This product has actually been replaced by a newer product that fixes incompatibilities, yet they still keep this product listed (presumeably to clear out stock). While they were responsive in replacing with the newer / much cheaper / fixed version, I shouldn't have had to go through this process to begin with.

i have not recived the item nither a tracking number even when i have e mailed them and asked them to send me one. Its already a week since i ordered the item and i payied more for a faster than 1 week. Very dissapointed.
