5 star customer service. I initially received an email to check if my my package had arrived. Unfortunately I had to return the product and company was just as responsive with detailed instructions on how to return. Again received an email saying the package had arrived and the full amount of purchase price had been credited back to card.

My computer came a week after I ordered it (and paid for expedited shipping). Amazon never sent me any information on the item shipping, so I contacted the seller as I was frustrated that it hadn't shipped yet. The seller immediately got back with me. My item had, in fact, shipped already and Amazon just hadn't send me any notification. I am very pleased with the customer service and product.
