I ordered an item on October 8th. I waited till October 4th to send a letter trying to be as patient as possible to receive my book. They told me they were unable to send me the book or refund me. I have been ordering off of amazon for well over a year and have never had to leave a bad review. I would give this person zero stars if I could. Do not order from them.
