I did not receive the item that I had ordered and waited until the last estimated delivery date to contact thebookgrove. They were very courteous and helpful in the beginning of our e-mails, but slowly began to not seem so willing to help. In the end they gave me a full refund back and because they were courteous and helpful somewhat, I believe they were fair and deserving of 3 stars.
