I bought a DVD, but I recieved a VHS. I contacted the seller, and they quickly got back to me. They were very nice and refunded my money. I was very pleased with the whole thing. The VHS I recieved was in very good condtion and the shipping was excellent and fast. Thank you!

I would definitely buy from in the future. I did receive dvd promptly, however, the dvd case was smashed and broken. I expected to have a big hassle but I was e mailed back right away and issued a refund. I would guess that the damage was from the post office.Very good service.
