Unworkable return policy - avoid this Seller. I attempted a return b/c the light was not bright enough. They refused saying because I had tested the light, it was not brand new and therefore not returnable. By that logic, ecommerce would be unworkable. Imagine buying a shirt from JCrew.com where trying the shirt on to determine if it fits renders the shirt not returnable. Avoid.
