They put a little sticker on the watch that once you remove it, you cannot return or exchange it.....I removed the sticker and 3 days later the metal band of the watch broke where it attached to the face. I emailed the seller....I removed the tiny sticker so too bad. It was literally 3 days later. DON'T REMOVE THE STICKER FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
