I don't know what happened here, but I was totally ignored, you took my money then were reluctant to refund it. I had to "fight" actually threaten to get it back. I won't deal with you again. Why are you on this service with other companies who are so good ? Their "goodness" obviously has not rubbed off on your firm!!!!
