the book never arrived, the seller said he would reship and after a month of waiting i requested a refund to my credit card. that was 20 days and still no book, no reply and no refund. never purchase from them!

I never received the item, but the seller was more than willing to relinquish a refund and gave their deepest apologies for the botched transaction. All and all great service but they should probably start tracking their packages. :)
