Only a few problems with this.. But first of all I don't see what everyone's big fuss is with a "horrible smell". It doesn't smell good, but it doesn't smell bad either. I know that there's a situation that an order couldn't be cancelled, but considering that I sent a follow up mail immediately that my order was made on a wrong item and wanted to switch to a correct one, myGearStore could have done better than saying "sorry, but we can't cancel." and offer nothing to solve the problem. Obviously, my experience here is not satisfactory.

I'd payed for a 2 business-day shipping and it took 5 business-day to be delivered. There were no way to contact the seller meanwhile and no information by USPS (the carrier) available. I feel like loosing US12 corresponding to the special shipping cost payed.
