Item never recieved. Contacted seller and all I got was an email of the postal service tracking. Seller has not offered to help find DVD or replace DVD.

The seller listed condition as "like new." There is a 30 question survey before chapter 1. The questions were all answered in pencil by a previous reader. I expect "like new" condition to be just that -- "LIKE NEW." (No writing in the book). Everything else (shipping & service)was good.
