I paid for shipping as it was included in the initial order and then 2 weeks later I received at $16 dollar invoice in my name from Purolator. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ended up paying $60 dollars for a $40 dollar filter.

The company was fine. The filter doesn't seem to work as well as I expected, filtering out all taste in the water. I would rate the filter a '3', but the company a '5'.
