Ordered & received new MWF Refrigerator water filters. Delivery was prompt. Packaging was acceptable for the order, which was not fragile. Items received were as advertised, ordered & expected. The filter packaging (as opposed to the shipment packaging) showed wear, possibly from warehouse handling. But the contents were in good shape. Good transaction without any problems.

I paid for shipping as it was included in the initial order and then 2 weeks later I received at $16 dollar invoice in my name from Purolator. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ended up paying $60 dollars for a $40 dollar filter.
