I purchased this item as a gift for my aging parent. He suffers from back pain. Several times a day my dads back will start hurting. He will go to his chair, turn in the massage and the heat and he feels much better in a short period of time. When he feels better, the while family feels better. Thank you for this product.

The shopping experience was great but I am extremely disappointed with the Siemens Gigaset phones. They are very expensive and I believe most of the money goes in to the styling rather than the function.

am concidering returning,does clean air ,but very loud,and is louder than air cond window unit ,does not stay in wall ,poor design ,but product could be used in a bathroom or basement area tha isnt for sleeping !!!!
