Excellent service. This vendor has great pricing, too. Delivers factory-sealed goods (everything intact -- no missing accessories, no gray market). Subsequently ordered a second item from this vendor (accessory lens for the camera) and their service was once again fantastic.

After two days the Electronics Expo sent me an email to say the item was out of stock and being ordered from the manufacturer. After another call, the item was no longer available and offered an upgrade as a substitute. After another call that item was no longer available and an inferior substitute was offered which I declined and cancelled the order. I have lost 3 days. Delist this supplier.

I ordered a back-up battery for my camera and recived one from Electronics Expo in the original package and at a much lower price than I could have gotten from a retail store. I will use this company again.

The order didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to so I called Electronics Expo to learn they didn't have the order. I was angry, because this had happened too often recently (diferent vendors). The rep handled my anger well, creditited the amount I paid for 2-day shipping, and sent the product overnight, next day delivery. I am very satisfied with the vendor, in spite of the late deelivery.
