Through no fault of the seller the item ordered was damaged in shipping. I received a prompt email from the seller informing me of the unfortunate mishap, a refund check for the full amount within days and the promise of a new drum chair after Christmas at no cost by this seller.I will be happy to order from this seller in the future and applaud Amazon for retaining such reputable merchants.

The post office made a mistake saying that the package was not deliverable as addressed. The seller contacted me immediately to resolve this issue. I was surprise that they had noticed the error and brought it to my attention. The package was properly addressed and arrived that same day. Even with the mixup at the post office I received the package sooner than I expected.
