Shipping was sooner then expected but one of the carseats box looked like it had been through a tornado when it arrived. If I didnt need these carseats asap I probably would have sent it back. I wish there was a little more clearer pictures to look at, carseats didnt exactly look like colors and textures shown on the website, but not worth sending back over.

i ordered this item on sept 8th -- and just received it yesterday (sept 30th)... the website promised turnaround in less than 2 days. i ordered a pillow and at first received only the pillowcase 10 days after i ordered it. i had to call and argue with the salesperson about what i actually received. three weeks after i ordered, the product finally arrived. i am satisfied with the product.
