my HP printer diagnostic said the ink cartridge that I purchased from Infinite-Surplus was expired and to not use it because it could cause printer to fail and would void warranty on my printer. amazon was great in giving me a refund for this purchase.

It was odd these arrived jammed into an envelope and not in a package that way more like a "combo pack"- however, the ink works well and I have no complaints about the products.

Received compatible instead of new cartridges. No where in the listing did it say, "compatible" or I would not have purchased. Compatibles are awful, and last less than 1/3 of the time a genuine cartridge will. Also, print quality is substantially lower with compatibles.
