I ordered this product on 10/13 in the early AM (company is based out of CA and I am in Central) and chose 2 days shipping express. The item was delivered on 10/19. That's 6 days! Ok, will minus 2 days for the weekend, but still...slow processing, slow delivery, will never shop with them again. Product was in good condition though. Too bad TheFactoryDepot is run by snails.

I can't give feedback on the product because someone stole my package while I was gone when I am nearly 100% certain that I asked for a signature. Don't buy from a company who only cares about your money. My bank will be hearing from me too. (:
