Everything was just great. I bought the infant car seat throught internet, from Brazil. And it got to the address I need in NJ two days before my dead line. I recomend it! Must say that I was affraid of not getting it in time, but Right Start answered my emails giving me the garantee that it would be there in few days and it did.

I held for 40 minutes, two times, to speak to someone on their customer service line. Once I got through, they were very helpful, but I would not waste my time ordering from them again, since it was so hard to talk to someone if you have a problem.

I purchased this for my baby nephew as a Christmas gift. The ball's light and easy to toss around, especially with the tags for small fingers and is very soft. If you're buying this for a gift, be sure to get a box or bag to wrap it in as it comes loose in the box from Amazon.
